Los Angeles, 24 Jun.- El actor juvenil Zac Efron, surgido de "High school musical", firmó contrato para protagonizar un drama sexy aún por titular, cuyo guión fue escrito por Leslie Dixon, informaron los estudios Mandate Pictures.

Efron, quien además co-producirá junto con Nathan Kahane de Mandate, representará un papel más maduro al que ha acostumbrado a sus seguidores y que en fecha reciente lo vieron en la película "Otra vez 17" (Again 17), que en su exhibición en Estados Unidos recaudó casi 63 millones de dólares.

Se dio a conocer que aún no se define quién se encargará de dirigir la producción cinematográfica.

Hace unos días Efron sorprendió al público al asegurar que estaba dispuesto a representar a un travesti en la película "Sucker punch".
