Pierde Hollywood a tres de sus íconos en unos cuando días

Los Angeles, 26 Jun (Notimex).- Hollywood perdió en menos de dos semanas a tres íconos del cine y la música estadunidense: David Carradine, Farrah Fawcett y Michael Jackson.

Carradine introdujo a Estados Unidos, y por esa vía a muchos otros países, una parte del pensamiento oriental en la serie Kung Fu, transmitida en televisión entre 1972 a 1975.

En esa serie el personaje principal era un monje, maestro en las artes marciales que aleccionaba a su pupilo "el pequeño saltamontes" con la frase "serenidad y paciencia", la cual iba por completo en contra de la vorágine del momento.

Las causas de su muerte siguen sin esclarecer y se manejan todo tipo de versiones, desde causas naturales hasta asesinado por una secta.

Farrah Fawcett, considerada un símbolo sexual durante los últimos años de la década de los 70 y principios de los 80, alcanzó la fama gracias a Los Angeles de Charlie, donde lucía una larga y hermosa cabellera rubia, imitada por muchas mujeres que deseaban ser como ella.

Mary Farrah Leni Fawcett nació el 2 de febrero de 1947, murió el 25 de junio de 2009, luego de sostener una lucha contra el cáncer desde octubre de 2006.

Michael Jackson (1958-2009), bautizado por su íntima amiga, la actriz Elizabeth Taylor, como "el rey del pop", tuvo una vida de claroscuros com él mismo, que siendo negro insistió en ser blanco y se sometió a múltiples tratamientos para aclarar el ébano de su piel.
