Halle Berry demanda a paparazzi

LOS ÁNGLES, EU, jul. 28, 2008.- Halle Berry señaló que un paparazzi fue demasiado lejos al tomar una imagen de su pequeña hija tras ingresar sin permiso en su propiedad privada y fotografiarlas cuando estaban en el jardín.

La actriz ganadora del Oscar se mostró furiosa cuando las fotografías que la mostraban cargando a su hija Nahla Ariela Aubry, de cuatro meses de edad, fueron publicadas en la internet y en dos revistas de celebridades.

En un comunicado, Berry rechaza la noción de que las fotografías fueron tomada cuando estaba "fuera pero alrededor de Los Angeles".

Evan Spiegel, el abogado que representa a Berry, informó que se había presentado una denuncia penal y que ya había comenzado una investigación. El abogado indicó que hay un testigo que vio a los fotógrafos en una "intromisión muy clara".

Una persona que contestó el teléfono el viernes en Fame Pictures, la agencia que distribuyó las fotos, no hizo comentarios al respecto.

"Los paparazzi han llegado demasiado lejos", dijo Berry en un comunicado que fue enviado a la Associated Press. Prometió que hará todo lo posible para que el fotógrafo sea procesado y proteger a su hija de meses de edad.

Además de la presentación de cargos penales contra el fotógrafo, Berry buscará que las fotografías sean retiradas de la internet. En su declaración, Berry indicó que nunca venderá las fotografías de sus hijos.

"Desde hace mucho he llegado a la conclusión que el elegir como carrera la de actriz me convirtió en una figura pública, pero mi bebé no ha hecho esa elección y a menos que ello lo decida así, haré todo lo que pueda... para mantenerla lejos de la visión pública", agrega el comunicado.

Las fotografías muestran a Berry sosteniendo a su hija, de pie cerca de una mesa en lo que parece ser un jardín privado. La madre de Berry también aparece en algunas de las fotos.

Berry advirtió que cualquier persona que haya utilizado las fotos debe saber que fueron obtenidas de manera ilegal.
