Penetran artistas cada vez más en el mundo de la mercadotecnia

México, 12 May.- En los años recientes, el mundo del espectáculo ha cambiado de manera radical, pues los artistas ya no se conforman con altas ventas de discos o exitosas giras por todo el mundo, ahora se han dedicado a comercializar su imagen con importantes firmas de ropa o perfumes con las que han podido expander su poder económico.

De esta forma, han surgido grupos o cantantes juveniles que son, para la mercadotecnia y la publicidad, "unos verdaderos monstruos", pues a través del uso de sus temas o su imagen, penetran a un numeroso público internacional y, debido a la venta de música y productos relacionados con su nombre, logran amasar fortunas considerables.

En este rubro destaca la cantante estadunidense Hilary Duff, quien además de obtener dos millones de dólares por película, tiene también una línea de ropa y un programa de televisión que le han redituado más de 25 millones a lo largo de su carrera.

Otro importante caso es el de Christina Aguilera, quien a sus 26 años ha sabido manejar su imagen, por lo que el año pasado la revista "Forbes" estimó que su fortuna asciende a aproximadamente a 60 millones en moneda estadunidense.

Según el rotativo, la banda ha generado hasta el momento 14.8 millones en taquilla con su gira de 24 conciertos en 2006. Dichas cantidades equivalen a lo ganado por veteranos como Kid Rock y Queen.

Por otra parte, "Rebelde" tiene un promedio semanal de 1.9 millones de televidentes, y en el terreno musical, la banda ha vendido más de cinco millones de copias de sus discos "Nuestro amor"; "Rebelde" y "RBD", a nivel mundial.

Considerada, a sus 18 años, una de las artistas más ricas de México, la actriz y cantante Belinda, cuenta con una fortuna personal de varios millones de pesos, además de ser propietaria de una mansión valuada en 2.5 millones de dólares.

"Beli", como la llaman sus amigos, realiza en promedio cuatro presentaciones al mes, con un costo de 550 mil dólares por cada una, esto, de acuerdo a datos que publicó la revista "Mira!"; en tanto que la venta de sus discos le reditúa alrededor de medio millón de billetes verdes por año.

De esta manera, la intérprete de "Luz sin gravedad" y "Angel", se ha convertido en una de las favoritas del público, situación que han aprovechado otras empresas para apoderarse de su imagen, como es el caso de una marca de zapatos, juguetes y artículos de oficina.
